Amy Fonnesbeck- Is a stay at home mother of twins and former teacher. Amy attended Aquinas College earning her teaching degree in Secondary Education graduating in 2002. Amy played volleyball in high school/AAU, in college/graduate school she played intermurals, and currently plays at the YMCA on the advanced league. She has coached volleyball at all levels from middle school to college level. She assisted the Kenowa Hills Varsity team for 4 years, teaching clinics, taking the junior varsity to camp, and coaching summer camp. She then went on to coach the Kenowa Hills Freshman team and then Morley Stanwood Community Schools Junior Varsity team. After coaching JV she was asked to assist in coaching Grand Rapids Community College during the off season and help recruit new players. She coached again at Kenowa Hills at the 8th grade level. Amy loves volleyball and coaching at all levels. Amy enjoys being a positive role model, loves to see the grow of her players over the course of the season, and enjoys watching her players develop the same "love of the game" that she has. She has recently accepted the coaching position at
Sparta High School and will be teaching for AIM USA as her
schedule permits.
Emilee Lowell - Is a certified AIMUSA Volleyball Instructor. Emilee has many years experience playing and coaching volleyball. She has been coaching Middle School Volleyball for the last 3 years. In 2007 she coahed 8th grade girls Volleyball a the the Spirt School. 2008 she coached 7th & 8th grade vollebyball for the Grand Rapids Public Schools and in 2009 coached 6th grade for the G.R.P.S. Emilee holds a B.A. from Western Michigan University and is a certified secondary education teacher in Michigan. She currently in a subsitute teacher in the Grand Rapdis area. She resides in Grand Rapids with her husband and will be coaching AIM USA Volleyball at various locations as needed.
