Class 1
¨Introduction and class information (rules, expectations, etc)
¨Name Game…let the girls get to know you and their classmates!!
¨Quick Warm-Up (including across the floor exercises)

Class 2
¨Warm Up (5-10 Minutes)
¨First 8 counts of dance(s) ( in whatever order preferred)
¨Start Precision Drill
¨Cool Down, and Game if desired

Class 3
¨Warm- Up (5-10 Minutes)
¨Review last week, and continue with dances
¨Review Precision Drill
¨Game, or continue rehearsal

Class 4
¨Warm-Up (5-10 Minutes)
¨Review last week…and continue with dances

Class 5 and Class 6

Class 10 AWARD’S NIGHT
¨ Arrive early to help prepare for award’s night set up
¨Introduce the girls and their dance
¨Perform all dances and solos
¨Hand out medals and diplomas


COMPETITION EVENTS

BEST JAZZ DANCE
¨Students will perform a jazz dance taught in class.  Students will be judged on overall technique, confidence and execution.

BEST HIP-HOP
¨Students will perform a jazz dance taught in class.  Students will be judged on overall technique, confidence and execution.

BEST PRECISION DRILL
¨Students will perform a precision sequence across the floor that they have been taught in class.  They will be judged on Jazz/Hip-Hop technique, precision and overall performance.

BEST SOLO PERFORMANCE
¨A great opportunity for them to be creative.  Students will perform a short routine that they choreographed themselves, help will be provided. They will be judged on precision, technique and overall performance
